If we’re on a retained contract then, effectively we act as your marketing and/or PR team. We’ll deal with all your communications planning, create and manage promotional initiatives and meet clear, agreed objectives. The benefit of outsourcing marketing is that you can rely on activity to be in place at the right time, while still keeping a controlled budget and a pro-active approach at all times. For smaller attractions with limited in-house marketing resources, this really helps to augment activity and drive business forward.
Mentoring and Support
The emphasis here is on developing a clear programme for marketing. The resulting action plans means task are prioritised responsibilities delegated and results closely monitored.Managers (who often juggle many roles) find this way of working particularly useful as it provides stability and focus, and additionally, there’s often an advantage as regards the training of junior or inexperienced marketing staff, as well as a positive, rejuvenating effect on in-house teams.
We can quote and deliver per project, from a one-off press release to the creation, production and delivery of visitor attraction leaflet or website. We’re always happy to work on individual projects – however small – and can help on an hourly or day-rate basis too.
