We have helped to promote beer festivals, re-launched pubs, arranged food reviews and run marketing training. The regional press promotion saw an incredible take up of over 10,000 diners in just 6 weeks.

A favourite meeting-venue for us, we worked with the innovative Adventure Centre in 2009 to help the facility raise its profile for the summer trading period. We also twinned this beautiful Newquay beach with the touring Miracle Theatre in 2010 and Romeo & Juliet was staged there in July.

Flamingo worked with the Chy-an-Albany Hotel in St Ives, to review their marketing and develop a PR campaign for the new Lighthouse bistro. We also helped them set up a unique partnership with local artists. Art was displayed in the hotel with commission being donated to the RNLI. Simply Cornish

We were delighted to work with Penzance based, Simply Cornish this year, and launch a new bottled beer which was hand-brewed by Cornwall's award winning Keltek brewery. The Cornish Best Bitter is a smooth medium bodied, slightly nutty best bitter with a citrus aroma and hints of honey, and (of-course!) is best sampled with a traditional Cornish pasty.

In early 2010, Flamingo co-ordinated a communications campaign to celebrate 150 years of baking know-how for family-run Warrens Bakeries. There are more than 50 Warrens Bakery shops in the South West selling a mix of traditional and contemporary Cornish food from saffron cake to the unique Marmite pasty, their products can also be found in Harrods & Fortnum & Mason. The campaign utilized a full mix of PR, Promotions and television advertising.
