Stella Hooper, Account Manager

Stella loves helping people to maximise their business. Throughout her career, customers have always been paramount.
Promoted to General Manager of a small plastics company whilst still in her twenties (a while ago now), Stella was responsible for developing the business across a customer base which included Rolls Royce, Massey Ferguson, Hotpoint and Kenwood.
She later diversified (moving from small plastic components to pens!) when she took on the Customer Service Manager's role at Gillette Stationery Products. Here she was tasked with developing the overall customer service delivered to key accounts such as WHSmith, Harrods, House of Fraser and Staples. And is proud to say the service moved from reactive to proactive and planned.
A new millennium saw a new start for Stella when she moved to Cornwall to work within the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. Initially Stella took on a business development role within in Newquay's tourism sector where she was responsible for creating, producing and distributing the 'Essential Guide to Newquay' a publication designed for Newquay's visitors. The success of this guide enabled the Tourist Information Centre to retain staff throughout the year.
In 2002, Stella set up her own company and worked on a number of highly successful Objective One programmes created to encourage businesses to enhance their product and the customer experience offered to Cornwall's visitors. These projects enabled Stella to work with a wide variety of tourism and hospitality businesses (large and small) across the county.
Stella has now moved to Sussex and is ideally placed to help us build our service to clients in the South East.
